Fan zone Programme

The Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix weekend officially gets underway on Thursday with the Fanzone , giving fans the chance to experience the excitement at the Hungaroring even without a race ticket.

One of the biggest attractions is the opportunity to watch the Formula 1 Safety Car and Medical Car complete their track tests. This behind-the-scenes experience is normally reserved for Grand Prix ticket holders and offers a unique look at the final preparations before the race weekend begins.

The Fan Zone is open throughout the day with plenty of activities for all ages. Test your skills in Formula 1 simulators, compete in a pit-stop challenge, browse official team merchandise, or enjoy family-friendly attractions including the Ferris wheel and bumper cars. The entertainment area behind the Main Grandstand also features a variety of interactive Formula 1 experiences.

Visitors can also watch live stage sessions with Formula 2 and Formula 3 drivers—future Formula 1 stars—as well as leading figures from Hungarian motorsport. Special presentations celebrating the Hungaroring's 40-year history add to the programme.
