Explore the fabulous places of Budapest and the surrounding area! Visit Hungary's largest baroque palace, the Grassalkovich Palace and don't forget to taste the pálinka. Székesfehérvár, the city of kings is also near to Budapest where hiking and sport activities are accessible too.

Come to Lake Balaton with your family! If you visit the Festetics Palace, you could also see the Helikon Palace Museum. In the Balaton uplands you can find a 750-year-old fortress, the Szigliget Castle. There is also a 1000-year-old abbey in Tihany, near the Belső-tó and the Lavender House.

Relax in Debrecen and visit the Reformed Great Church and the Déry Museum then explore the gastronomy of this area. The Szabó Magda Memorial House is also a famouse part of the city and do not miss a walk in the City Park around Békástó.

Explore the World Heritage Wine Museum, the Mád Synagogue and the Sárospatak Castle. Don't miss also the Megyer hegy Tarn with its scenic lake, and the Wine Cellar System in the Tokaj-Hegyalja World Heritage Site.

Take a train tour from Downtown Pécs to Zsolnay Quarter, In the Cella Septichora Visitor Centre you can see the World Heritage relics of the city and do not miss also the Cathedral of St Peter and St Paul at Dóm tér.

If you have almost a week in and around Sopron, you will be able to see and visit much of the town and the surrounding area: Nagycenk, Fertőd and Bükfürdő all await you.
