On the ground floor there are 3 rooms (2 with 2 beds, 1 with 3 beds), equipped kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery), dining area on the enclosed terrace. In the attic there is a 2-room apartment for 5 people, a family room, 3+1 beds (one double bed) for 5 people, with a mini kitchen. Each room has its own toilet and shower. The rooms have TV, (2 T-Home, 4 DIGI) wifi in the house, 2 rooms have their own, and the staircase has air conditioning for heating and cooling the entire house. The house is insulated, solar-powered, and waste is collected selectively. It can comfortably accommodate 14-15 people. You can park in the yard, where there is a trampoline, children's swing, go-kart, bowling alley, and kettlebell swing for relaxation. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, and oven in the garden house, which can be used for a separate fee. The owner lives on the lower ground floor, and the neighbors are also nearby, so the house is not suitable for loud parties! Wine tasting is possible in the nearby Radó cellar! You can eat at the Égervölgyi park forest, Teca mama restaurant, at reasonable prices! Pets are allowed. GPS usually directs you to the shortest route (Csurgó dűlő), so enter the 4th intersection of Fábián Béla út or Donátusi út, buses also run there.
