The house consists of two floors, two separate entrances. The lake shore is 50 meters, the free beach is ~400 meters, the entrance to the paid beach, shop, restaurant are approx. ~600 meters away. The renovation was completed in 2019, so the house is now comfortable for 6 adults. It is ideal for larger families and groups of friends. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with an American kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The indoor dining area is directly connected to the kitchen. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor sleeping area has a 140 double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. (Please bring your own towels, as we cannot provide them!) In front of the entrance is a covered terrace overlooking the street. In the attic, the small hall opens onto two bedrooms and a bathroom. One room is furnished with a 160 cm double bed, a clothes rack and a chest of drawers. In the other bedroom, you will find two 90 cm beds. We provide freshly washed, fragrant bed linen for your relaxation. In the hallway, there is a refrigerator, clothes rack, chest of drawers. There is also a bathroom here, with a shower, sink and toilet, and this apartment is also equipped with air conditioning. In the garden behind the house, on the terrace under the gazebo, you can sit at the garden table, a grill, or play with a kettle. A nest swing awaits the little ones.
