In the summer of 2021 we will hold the 14th Ördögkatlan Festival. Unfortunately, as with so many events in 2020, we had to cancel number 13 last summer, but instead of the event itself, trees were planted across the village venues where the festival was to have taken place, dispelling any bad luck associated with the number 13 and the pandemic. And so, looking ahead, we hope to embrace each other once more this summer to the sounds of Mozart and Kicsillag, while meeting with our best writers and our finest artists.
We have so many plans and ideas, far more than we could actually put into action, but we can confirm that our guests of honour will be the 21-year-old 30Y band, the Nézőművészeti theatre company, and Geza Beremenyi. We’re also looking forward to welcoming the Wombo orchestra, the Ukrainian court of Miklos Both, the joint performance of János Hay and Saint Ephraim and the premier of the K2 company, as well as hosting a number of family activities.
The Ordogkatlan Festival will be a celebration once more: a celebration of connection and quality.
