Danube Carnival – International Cultural Festival
The Danube Carnival returns for its 31st edition, welcoming fans of folk dance and music to Budapest between June 12th and 19th. With a history spanning more than three decades, the festival showcases not only Hungarian folk dance and music traditions but also folklore from various corners of the world. This year's event takes place across multiple venues in Budapest:
- Margaret Island Open-Air Stage
- Erzsébetliget Theater
- Kobuci Garden
- Hungarian National Museum Garden
- Kós Károly Arts House (Budakalász)
