Programs and Events
Over the four-day festival, visitors can immerse themselves in the rich traditions of Palóc culture:
- Good Friday (April 18): The festival kicks off with an Easter market, egg painting workshops, and screenings of historical films.
- Holy Saturday (April 19): Gastronomic and folk programs, wooden clapper parades, folk dance performances, and dance workshops take center stage. In the evening, a grand concert by Kerekes Band and Mező Misi will entertain guests.
- Easter Sunday and Monday (April 20-21): Highlights include the traditional Easter Mass, resurrection procession, morning dance houses, Easter sprinkling customs, and folk dance performances.
