The 2022/23 season of the MOL Hungarian represents the 83rd season of the Hungarian Cup, with the final set to be held at the Puskás Aréna on the 3rd of May 2023.

This is the third time that the country’s biggest stadium plays host to the cup final, with last year’s final between Ferencváros and Paks played in front of almost 40,000 fans. This year, however, defending champions Ferencvárosi TC are unable to seek a second consecutive title, having been knocked out of the competition by third-tire club Iváncsa back in autumn.

The quarter finals will be held on the 1st of March and will see 4 teams attempting to fight their way into the semi-finals, with Mezőkövesd against Zalaegerszeg, DVSC against Puskás Akadémia, Vasas against Paks, and Budafok against Kisvárda.

Date: 3rd May 2023

Address: Puskás Aréna, 1146 Budapest, Istvánmezei út 3.
