Celebrate one of Hungary’s most cherished gastronomic treasures in a stunning setting in front of Gyula Castle! The festival offers an unparalleled pálinka-tasting experience, featuring premium spirits from across the country, complemented by live concerts from top Hungarian artists.
A key highlight of the festival is the Brillante 2025 International Pálinka and Spirits Competition, where the finest distillers compete for prestigious awards. Another cherished tradition is the bottling of the National Unity Pálinka, a special blend made from spirits produced both in Hungary and beyond its borders. Each year, this exclusive edition is crafted from a different fruit.
Food lovers can indulge in live cooking demonstrations and tastings as part of the "The Farmer and Pálinka in the Kitchen" program. As the afternoon turns into evening, the festival comes alive with live music and vibrant performances.
