Since 2014, Sirha Budapest has been Central and Eastern Europe’s most significant professional exhibition for HoReCa, bakery, confectionery, gastronomy, and the food and packaging industries.
The 2022 event will play a vital role in restarting these sectors following an exceptionally trying eighteen months, with market leaders meeting for the first time since the start of the pandemic to share experiences and best practices.
To support them in their efforts, the exhibition will be held in a hybrid format for the first time, which means that exhibitors can meet visitors at the conventional physical event, as well as in the virtual space. However, Sirha Budapest’s next edition will be special for another reason, as it will once again host the Bocuse d’Or European Final, in which Europe’s best chefs will compete for a place in the Grand Final. As in previous years, the event will also feature the Mass Catering Championship and the Sirha Budapest Dessert Competition, as well as a new event, VinCE Budapest, all of which will run alongside the usual business meetings and conferences.
